Halltech TRAP Upgrade or Blackwing. Thought?

Halltech TRAP Upgrade or Blackwing. Thought?
Curious if anyone has purchased the Halltech TRAP upgrade for an original TRIC and if so, your thoughts. Worth the extra $.
Curious because I have an original Halltech TRIC for my 2000 Coupe, bottom breather, cut shroud and all.
I'm thinking about changing from the bottom breather because I have recently started driving the car more frequently, including in the rain and I am a little worried about Hydrolock. The car had always been a weekend, sunny day drive but now with my driving habit change I think it's time to evaluate a change.
Also, any thoughts on the Blackwing vs the Halltech.

Did you, or do you, have to open up the foglight ducts for the Blackwing to be fully effective? Guessing that with the Halltech TRAP the case is the same...

Just ordered a blackwing from Exit28. What is this underhood weatherstripping you refer to? I've not seen it on any other post?

I think what 178th is talking about is the performance hood seal. Basically weatherstripping that runs the length of the hood and seal the gap better. Guess this ensures only cool air is pushed in to engine bay and thus the intakes.
