 Hello everyone, need some help here. I have a 98 automatic with just 20,000. miles on it. Recently when I mash the gas pedal to the floor it falls flat on it's face! The car just seems to coast, the rpm stay the same and nothing happens. Only loses power when go pedal is pushed down all at once, all the way, around town and on the highway it is fine. 3.15 gears if that helps at all. I also have the Borla stingers but they have been on for awhile and this is a new problem.
Any help or insights would be great!
Thanks

Many possible items that could cause the problem your having. One possible solution is to change the fuel filter. Your car being a 1998 with only 20,000 on it, maybe the fuel filter has never been changed, if that doesn't cure the problem your not out a lot of money & you probably needed the new fuel filter anyway. Just my .02 good luck

? might be yor MAP sensor cloged with oil in the back of the intake. For a quick brake clean and blow job it is wurth a try. I have seen this give problems before.
I think codes should show the problem though too.
