I've e-mailed him a day ago, but I thought that I could get some advice here from those who would recognize the picture as being cut or uncut that'd be a bigger help. Besides, he could just be shady and say it wasn't cut when it was. You never know on EBay, but I trust the forum. :cheers:

I would say that they haven't been cut. You can see a good portion of the pipes from the first pic, and when you supersize it, there are no cuts visible in the first section of pipe away from the muffler. If these pipes were cut, it would be way back over the bend, near the flange - and why would you cut it there? And HOW would you cut it there if it was on the car? The reason most people cut the pipes is so they can get the mufflers off without having to lift the car excessively high (no lift, in other words). The pipes I've seen cut were all cut just behind the point where they attach to the muffler. I'd sure wait to get it "in writing" from the seller, but these look to be good. JMHO...
