Hopefully you will not have a problem because that means, I will have a problem. I have a milder 221/221 .559/,559 114 Comp cam from MTI. These mild cams should not have a problem.
i can just replace the stock cam without changing the heads with this cam224/224-561/561=114lsa  also if i just change the cam do i have to change the pushrods, retainors or springs?

You can use your stock heads, you should change your valve springs, depending on which spring you go with you will also have to change your retainers. You can get away without changing push rods, but if I were you I would get hardened push rods. The most popular spring is the Comp 918 single valve spring, I am not positive but I think you can use these with the stock retainers. A better choice would be Rev 1116 Dual Valve Springs, these will give you an extra margin of safety if you break a valve spring.
