Re: Sweet Starter Button mod..like the Viper... (chuckster)
Seems silly to me, but hey whatever you like.
As I recall, the '30 Model A I sold in 1960 had a similar affair. Some progress! :yesnod: Maybe starter buttons are like narrow (or wide) ties, with enough time they cycle between cool and passe.
Re: Sweet Starter Button mod..like the Viper... (chuckster)
Too lazy to register again, but if it's a push-button starter, a bunch of guys on my Accord forum have put the S2000 push-button start into their Accords - it's an easy job, one that I feel is useless RICE.
Re: Sweet Starter Button mod..like the Viper... (SwissVette_Joe)
I replaced my stereo with a sony and they gave me a free neon light for purchasing the unit. If I do the start button thingy, do you think I can get the light to come on with the pushing of the same button? That is real rice. :jester :hat :conehead :troll :leaving:
Re: Sweet Starter Button mod..like the Viper... (alexWS6)
pretty trick mod IMO. way to lazy to even think about doing it though LOL :smash:
Yeah, way too much work! :yesnod:
But, very cool, I've always been a fan of start buttons, I think it would be fun to have. Anybody near me want to install one for me? I'll throw ya some money and a free lunch for your time? :D
Re: Sweet Starter Button mod..like the Viper... (HurricaneZ)
HurricaneZ, I just kindly asked for some more light. But now YOU are nice enough to bring-in the full power HighBeam illumination to the issue !!
THANKS a bunch for your contribution !!
How many times do you want me to fill-up your glass ? :D
..........as for now, I just gonna wait 'til some of our highly respected Supporting Vendors chime in to make a call-out for a Starter Button GP........anyone ? ............patiently waiting......
Again thanks for participation to this thread - I waited and I studied since a good while trying to find out THE solution for this nice little project. Freely speaking, I like it - it makes me remembering all the great times with my earlier 1965 JAGUAR 3.8Litre Mk II.
