Toe in or out is the measure of the front or rear wheels being parallel with each other horizontallly. Camber is different, and is measure of how much the wheel is inclined in or out from vertical.

I know what toe and camber is I'm just not remembering if toe in is a negative number and toe out is a positive number. :chevy
