Default Header install Oooops

:bb

When installing my LT system this weekend I forgot that the rear O2 sensor wires are suppose to cross

I plan on fixing this as soon as I can, but in the mean time what problems (if any) could this cause??????

Absolutely none that I can think of. If you throw a cat code and it says right side, it is going to actually be the left side. Other than that, nothing.
Good Luck,

PS Watch for burnt wires...

They just give your PCM the Thumb's Up that the catalytic converters are doing their job. They monitor the oxygen conten of the exhaust gasses after the cats and there should be a difference if the cats are present and functioning.

Your front O2 are the more important ones...they report exhaust gas oxygen back to the PCM. The rear O2's also check the exhaust after the cats to make sure they are doing their job...the fronts put out a certain voltage in proportion to the amount of oxygen in the exhaust...and so do the rears...if the PCM notices there is not that much of a difference in the two voltages, then it thinks that they cats aren't doing their job and may kick out a code.

Thanks to all for the help
