you could gain anywhere from 30-80 hp. Just depends on how big you want to go. I think something like the TR224 is a decent cam. I bet you pick up around 50hp with that and headers and its not too big.

You have to remember that since we live in Calif. that we have to have our cars smogged checked and if it doesn't pass, then no registration to drive the car. The bigest cam that you should put in your car as I was advised, is a cam with the duration not exceeding 218 degs. and a lift of no more than .560 inch. The duration being the most important to follow. The owner of the shop has that cam and a set of heads in his car among other goodies and is making 420 rwhp and is still smog legal which is the maing thing to watch for.
