I am not sure I have them but I did buy them from Fitchner and they were marked as GM Peformance rotors. They looked identical to stock rotors except they were noticeable thicker. Much more meat in the middle. Have never had any problem with them warping sicne they have a lot more heat absorbing capacbity being heavier. I have used ceramic pads and liked them since they dust little but went with GM recommended HP pads with the hevier rotrs and they have been perfect. Used them on track day and performed beautifully despite a fair amont of 100++ mph braking. They are not crossdrilled.

Most of what I have read on the Forum says to stay away from drilled rotors if you plan to run any track or autoX events, due to increased likelihood of cracking. I thought the GMPP rotors were drilled and slotted. They are not zinc washed and thus are prone to rusting like the OE stuff. My stock rotors really didn't rust up bad, but I still went with Eradispeeds for cosmetic reasons.

detsgt696..........I've had the GM high performance rotors and ceramic pads for about a year now. The ceramic pads are great. The dusting is minimal and the breaking is good. The rotors, however, are prone to rusting. Definitely, get the rotors zinc washed.

I have the DBA drilled/slotted zinc washed rotors and GM ceramic pads. Great combination with minimal dust and great performance. BTW, the zinc wash coating wears off after a while. But they still look better than those rusted out OEM rotors.
