Default New intake manifolds coming

We have discussed the Vararam setup that is coming out soon, talking to Wilson Manifolds today insured me that it is not just a rumor but they will have a new setup released in the next 4 to 6 weeks, they will not release any info other than they are very excited with it and it will significanly increase hp and tq throughout the entire rpm not just high rpm like the sheet metal jobs--there is no other info available at this time but the next few weeks should be interesting and open the doors for everyone from stock to heavily modded to strokers and FI--we should be raising the ceiling significantly on numbers in all areas of the ls1/ls6 before the summer is over---So it may be worth waiting before spending a lot of time and money with the current intake stuff available---

And to think I recently went out and bought an LS6 intake. Guess I can always take it off if the new intake makes a world of difference....

Will keep my eyes open

They wouldn't discuss any more than I posted but the way it sounds it will be in a price range the average mod guys can afford and nowhere near the unreal prices of the sheetmetal jobs, the Wilson should be coming out about the same time the Vararam setup comes out it would be interesting to have a shootout between the two systems.

I thought Y'all might find this interesting. Both the article, and the pic. Look at the intake on the new LS2....

I saw this article in the lastest issue of CF--wish I could get a better look at the intake and those shorties look interesting.
