Taking off stock shifter??? Figured it out... Thanks anyway!!
I'm sure it is a simple thing. It doesn't hurt to ask. Just pulled the cap off the shifter. There is a silver pin how does that come out??

Mine just popped out with a screwdriver as leverage...but some people have had incredible problems getting it out. I just switched back to the stock grip yesterday and the demon key still comes out ok...guess I'm lucky.
