Brake Pads?
Hey All,I am about ready for new pads and am looking for any advice as far as price and durabilaty.Less dust would be nice too.Gm direct.com seems good on the price but I have heard where other members have reported poor customer service from them.They don't even have a phone #.Thanks :cheers:

I have chrome wheels and every time I went for a ride the wheels were loaded with brake dust when I came home. On the recommendation of fellow forum members , I installed Raybestos quiet stops, these are great ,quiet and very little dust. The best price I found was at http://www.rockauto.com, good luck Jim.

Replaced my original 2000 Coupe pads with Raybestos Q ceramic/metallic because of excess dust with factories. Purchased pads only from Pep Boy's and had dealer install for $65. Still have dust but not as much as before. Have read on this forum that GM ceramic pads produce no dust, but I find that hard to believe there is zero dust.
