Vetronics is the company that makes them but sometimes you'll see them with a SPX and/or OTC name. Vetronics along with distributors OTC and SPX are reluctant to sell to individuals but here is one outfit that will for $3295: http://www.ntxtools.com/Merchant/mer...egory_Code=224

I bought mine (used) last year from a local forum member for $1400. If you decide to go used then make sure the software is current enough for needs as updating the software is easy but expensive.
