Rear Brake Cooling Ducts
What is the best tool to cut the body to install the ZO6 style cooling ducts?

I used a Dremel with a cutoff wheel.It cut through it like butter and was easy to control.

Measure twice and cut once!! I thought I was gonna :U when I started cutting the first side. Good luck and post some pics when its all done :cheers:

I used a hand help little sabre saw ( skill saw )... like the one used to cut paneling. the cut was so clean I couldactually put these panels back if I had too

What about the holes for the screws to hold the ducts in place? I assume just a normal drill? What size?

yup... use a normal drill... i used 7/16 bit...

I used a 7/32 drill bit. 7/16 is way to large.
