Vibration at 2500RPMS
I am getting a vibration starting at about 2500rpms. I feel it mostly in the shifter. It's a new motor and started doing it after the motor was installed. Any experts care to render an opinion on the possible cause and solution?

When I changed my engine it came with everything and didn't need a thing. I did do a clutch replacement and they didn't do the balance thing and it vibrated so bad I made a U turn and the end of the block and had them do it all over again. Vibrated so bad you couldn't hold on to the shifter. 11grams off which they say is 30 at the crank.
