I'm assuming I need tuning...
Even though my car is running fine, I am having trouble cutting good lights, seems my car is sluggish to react off the line..
I have the PLII, but it wasn't programmed for my Yank 3000.
The way I see it is my A/F is off...
After staging, when I rev at the line to load the converter, it seems I can't go more than 1500-1800 rpms without bogging the engine....
I'm giving it fuel, but without air flowing thru, it seems it can't handle it.
Am I correct? Do I need tuning? Or is it something else?

I can only relate to my experiences but FWIW..I don't load the T/C any higher then maybe 1200-1500 rpm and at the third yellow flash the converter..That way you get the best performance from the converter on launch. Several tuners as well as Mike Senia told me the same..It works!:D
Trying to achieve the stall speed at the launch will not work..even with a line lock I have trouble and it's not recommended for automatics. I don't think a LS1 EDIT tuning can hurt but it's not the root of the problem IMHO.. :rolleyes:
I've achieved low 1.6 short times with DR's and expect even lower with the new CCW drag setup with E.T streets/Skinnies..Try the technique and see if it doesn't work for you.
BTW..I'll assume you turned off the TCS... :yesnod:
