Don't take your car to the dealer, most dealers send out tire work on Vettes, they'll just send it to somebody else and charge you more.
You're not replacing the wheels, so don't worry about tightening the sensors.
Buy from someone you are comfortable with. TrieRack has great prices and normally have good stock as well. Many local tire dealers don't carry runflats in C5 sizes bvecause there isn't much demand for them. If you want to get them from a local tire dealer, don't be surprised if they take a few days or a week to get the tires. It's normal.
Whoever you take the car to, make sure they take responsibilty for the wheels and the Tire Pressure Sensors. Replacing the sensors runs ~$125 each in some areas, and they may have to be ordered by the local GM dealer. Make sure the tire dealer uses equipment with nylon-coated parts. THese machines are just like normal machines, but are more expensive, so some dealers don't buy them. The nylon tools will lessen the chances of your wheels being damaged.
Ask around at the local Corvette Club. People there will tell you which tire dealers have good and bad service.
