Magnetic Tranny and Diff Plugs Stock?
Just curious, does a 2002 coupe come with magnetic tranny and diff oil plugs? I'm changing both to redline this weekend, and would want to have them if I don't already. Cheap insurance.

Mine weren't and I haven't heard of anyone getting their car with them stock. I have heard that the standard GM oil pan replacement plug is magnetic though.
It's good, cheap insurance and also nice to see a "snapshot" of magnetic particles when you do a fluid swap. I had just a few small particles stuck to mine after my h/c job. Definitely a no-brainer.
