Hey everyone! I have a few questions here. I'm looking to install a tranny cooler on my C5 to help keep the tranny temps under control. This Atlanta area heat along with stop & go traffic is taking its toll on my tranny.
Now for those of you that have installed a tranny cooler.... Is there a good write up on a C5 cooler install? I've seen mention of them on here, but no real write up. I'm mainly interested in making sure I connect the right tranny lines to the right places on the cooler.
Any suggestions, comments, donations, or help is appreciated. :D

Re: Tranny cooler questions (bgood)
Brian - about a couple of months ago I was going to have the new Hi-Tec B&M tranny cooler installed. Slight problem when we took it out of the box - you can't mount this fan on the front of the condensor because the fan is designed to PULL air as opposed to PUSH air.
There isn't any room to mount this fan behind the radiator as that space is already taken up by the two stock fans.
Plan B: I went with the B&M racing tranny cooler - this was an upgrade from their 24000 GVW fan. That, coupled with the aluminum B&M deep tranny pan and replacing tranny fluid with AMSOIL has really done the trick for me. Very cool tranny temps even in 100* + heat.
This is what I'm looking for... Thanks for the info.
