I took it to the dealer and they could not find anything wrong.
Thanks for your help

The PCM enables the appropriate fuel injector on the intake stroke for each cylinder. Voltage is supplied to the fuel injector and the PCM controls each fuel injector by grounding the control circuit by means of a solid state device called a "driver". The PCM also monitors the status of each "driver" and if the PCM detects an incorrect voltage, the P0200 code is set.
When the code is set the PCM records the operating conditions at the time of failure. This information is stored in memory for future reference by the mechanic.
Is this problem intermittent?
P0200 can be caused by a variety of problems, for example: a short to voltage, an open or high resistance circuit, poor wire connections, a short to ground, a problem with the fuel injector itself, or a problem with the PCM.
If the problem is intermittent, there is a procedure for the mechanic to follow. If you had the problem when you started the car at the dealership then I don't understand why they couldn't find anythin wrong. A history of what went wrong is stored in the computer's memory, the mechanic can extract that information as an aid to diagnosis. P0200 has a detailed procedure in the service manual to run fault isolation.
I would take the car to a different dealership for repair. Given what you have described, you should trust that dealer's statement that they cannot help you - stay away! (And tell your friends to stay away!)
why they didn't know this..
thanks, again.
why they didn't know this......
I guess GM just stopped doing specific certifications. They used to have Corvette and Cadillac and not sure what else. They have lumped the training into a single course now. This must have happened in the last 12-18 months.
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
and he read the information... replaced one injector and the PCM computer
but the Vette runs great...
Oh yeah, it cost $739.00 but it was all covered under my extended
GM warranty plan ($200.00 ded). It should run good through western
South Dakota on the way to the Black Hills Classic.
Thanks, again
