Default Left bank rich: What is it?

I'm having a problem with my car running rich. I took it to MTI but they couldn't find the problem out because the dyno is out of service due to remodeling. There is no check engine light on. They checked the ecm and the only thing that showed up was Left Bank Rich. I pulled the plugs and the left side plugs do look wet from fuel but not that bad. As you can see from my sig, it's not stock. The car idles fine and drives fine until it reaches normal temp, then it starts tugging if I get on it a little bit and when sitting at a light for a while it will backfire and believe me, with cutouts that's loud! Oh, the tugging only happens at low rpm and really not at high rpm. I was told it might be the O2 sensor so I changed it just to see if that was it and it wasn't. Has anyone had a problem similar to this? What could it be? I have a week to wait until the remodeling at MTI is over and I really don't to take it to the dealer since it's not stock.
 :banghead:

... it's not stock. ....
The tuner many have turned off some DTC codes depending on how "non stock" the car is. Probably best to wait for them to become available.
