2" galvanized pipe cut outs?

2" galvanized pipe cut outs?
2-3 months ago i saw a topic here on the forum about using 2" galv. pipe nipples and 2" screwed caps as cut outs. They were installed just in front of the mufflers and turned down. I know this because the topic was complete w/ pictures. I've searched and searched with no luck. Any links and/or input on these cut outs would be apprreciated. Thanks in advance.
