Need help chosing a gear
I need some help finding the right gear i have a 2001 coupe with the G5X2 cam, long tubes,K@NFIPK,3200 vig,and 3.15 gear. The car is daily driven but i want the best gear for the 1/4.Any help please!

you probably want 3.42s if you're willing to drop the money for that little change, but that would be perfect. 3.73s would be better for the strip but it would raise your rpm's a bit more on your daily driving.

thanks 4 the advice guys the car wont see a 1/4 mile track but a few times since we dont have any.The car does have nitrous but dont use it often.I mostly race off the track.Again thanks 4 the help.

Actually, if you don't get to the track much I don't know that I'd change gear unless your Vig is just too loose for your taste. If you change, I'd definitely suggest 3.73s, with that cam maybe even 3.90 and maybe a little more converter... but that's only if you're seeing more track time. If you just want to tighten it up, you might look at Yank's SS line.
