If you have changed your differential gear ratio without reprogramming then this code will pop up. Otherwise, it is probably your transmission crying uncle.

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has detected excessive Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) slip.
The PCM will inhibit TCC engagement when this code it set, transmission adapt functions are frozen, etc. The operating conditions when the code was set are stored as Freeze Frame and Failure Records, so don't reset the DTC . A mechanic with a scan tool can extract the information in the Freeze Frame and Failure Records. It may take multiple TCC cycles to verify a slipping condition.
Bronze material in the transmission oil pan may indicate stator shaft bushing wear.
