Headlights not popping up!

My headlights are now intermittently not popping up. Sometimes the first turn of the swtich they're fine, other times it takes 3, 4, 5 or more turns of the switch before they pop up.

Anybody have this problem? Could it be just the switch failing slowly?

It could be the actuator (motor). Sounds like the gear has worn down. If it's under warranty, you can get it replaced for free. If it's out of warranty, it's around $280 to replace OR someone here sells new gears made out of brass.

Just had both mine replaced @ Corvettes of Houston as well as my rocking seat and the best of all...under extended warranty. Once again Paul @ COH was the man!!!!
