Re: I FOUND THE BEST EXHAUST! (saber)
Sounds interesting, I've been looking for a better sound, but don't wan't to loose the titanium or add any resonance. Can you ask him what it would cost to do another one?
Post pictures and sound clips. I can get Ti welded here in my home town so I would really like to hear what it sounds like before I spend 100 for the welding and tubing.
I have the same system on my car from Andy. The sound just gets better (and louder) with use. Several times my neighbor has asked what kind of modified exhaust I have. It has little noise at idle but you can really tell the difference at WOT.
Got a Ti ZO6 exhaust on my fixed roof coupe, does this mod make that much of a difference in the sound? I drive my car everyday to work in Louisville, about 100 miles round trip. I love the way it sounds now but if it will beef it up a little, it couldn't hurt! Thanks, Guy
I think that this is a great way to go for the large stroker motors...any feed back. Or is there a better muffler system that is light, free flowing, quiet at idle and still stock looking? I guess it may be a problem at emissions testing time.
interesting.. I had the A&A mod on my 99 stock exhaust. Queit at idle but loud when you mash the go pedal. I liked it but there was too much cabin resonance in the mid 2000 range.
Wonder why its different with this setup..
I have the Z06 exhaust now and find it perfect for my tastes.. I personally would be worried about cabin resonance by doing this mod.
