Remove the air intake box and the plastic shield on the top/front of the radiator (easiest to remove from below the car). This will expose the back of the front bumper cross member and there is plenty of space to mount a 3 quart accusump. You will need an electric valve and I highly recommend running an auxillary air line from the sump to somewhere easily reachable. That way you can locate the pressure gauge in an easy to reach location and you can add air if necessary without removing the air filter and radiator cover.
It works great! Hit the switch and the oil pressure gauge will read 30 psi before the engine even starts.
Let me know if you need any more details.
Thanks for the great info. Any pics? A couple of additional questions: Did you fabricate your own mounting brackets or modify the Accusump SS brackets that are availabe; How did you mount the brackets-TORX bolt, Aircraft Grade SS or weld them on, and what power or circuit did you run the electrical switch off of. Did you route it to connect with the ignition switch or is it wired to its on off/on switch? Do you need a separate circuit or breaker for the accusump?
I used the ones that came with the Accusump and bolted them to two 20cm*5cm*4mm aluminum pieces. To mount the unit I used the 'press-in' style threaded nut (I do no know that its called) and mounted them to the underside of the front frame.
For the power I used a connection in the fusebox in the engine compartment and I have a switch in the ashtray.
If you do not use a switch and leaving the ignition on (before starting the car) will cause the accusump oil to drain to the pan overfilling it. The recommendation I got from DRM is to start the engine and when power on the Accusump. When shutting down first power down the Accusump and when turn the ignition off.
(excuse my bad english, I hope you get what I'm trying to say :))
