I just removed the section from the cats to the tail pipes. i have the BPP off road X pipe. I just went with the FLP set up. I also have the O2 sims. I will sell that to you cheap if you want them. (eliminates the stock crappy cross over that is only like 1" inside)
Good question. I don't know. I am sure someone can help answer this. I was going to put a number of bolt ons together in a "bolt on package" as I am removing alot with my new motor set up. But I would be happy to break it up as I don't really care about the cash so much I just don't want to store this stuff and I know it is of value to others. if it will work you an have it for say $50 plus shipping. Let me know if you think this is fair after we find out if it works.
I just wanted to clarify, it is actual the section that bolts to the maniflods and goes back to the tailpipes. With the cross pipe in front (where the cats were) and the straight pipe across by the rearend has been removed. Nice clean welds.
I would buy a 3" x-pipe from MTI or anywhere else u can find one. Take it to a local welder and have him make you the rest of the piping to go from headers to catback.
I think LG, FLP, and Stainlessworks are the only companies/headers that have an x-pipe that goes all the way back to the catback.
With other headers, you have to get a custom one made.
Check out Bassani. I have one and it sure looks like they took there time manufacturing it. I'm guess they all work the same so I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. BTW I bought mine used for $200 installed. That sort of help sway me. :D
