you also have a current code on your PCM, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought thats what the "C" meant at the end of the pcm code.
For that code I found this "P0441 EVAP System No Flow During Purge -B" and it also appears to have happened in the past being it's shown as both a "H" for history and "C" for current.
Have you seen this https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=26&TopicID=1
On the way to work my Check Engine Light came on. So I
went through my codes and here they are: (BTW, they are all H=History)
PCM
P0441 H C
LDCM
U1096H
SCM
U1064H
U1016H
Any idea why I have a check engine light? This happened some months ago and the light went away on it's own after a few days.
The first means to retighten your gas cap the others just mean you have a Corvette. They pop up on, just about, every car. As far as I know check engine lights are emissions related.

OK. So the "C"urrent one is just a gas cap issue? I'll go check it.
Now..dunno why the Check Engine Light is on, guess I have to take it into the shop??
Because this is emissions related, GM considers it important enough to lite the check engine light.
By the way, I don't list a P0441 code in my manual. The EVAP system codes that I have are: P0440, P0442, P0443, P0446, and P0449. You might want to double check the code.

It is P0441 and the website listed in this thread has it as an EVAP.
I don't know what's up with that list. My '99 service manual doesn't have a few of the codes that are on that list but it has many that aren't. My best guess is that it's accuarate for pre-'99 cars. Perhaps in '99 they expanded the Evap codes (as well as others) to better diagnose the problem.
Of the EVAP codes I listed PO443 refers to the EVAP purgesolenoid valve and P0449 refers to the EVAP vent canister solenoid valve.
The rest of the EVAP codes deal with the inability of the fuel tank to obtain or hold vacuum. A loose or defective fuel cap is a common reason for this, but not the only reason.
