Which OPTIMA & Where?
My original AC Delco is dying and I'm going with the Optima.
However, selecting the model and height adjuster (puck) is
somewhat confusing. What has been your Optima experience
and where did you get it?

I went with the red top and well as most of the others here. It can be purchased at any of the local chain parts stores. Pep Boys, Advance, AutoZone and others I am sure.

From what I understand from a lot of sources. The stock
AC Delco Freedom is prone to leaking after awhile.
When it leaks it can ruin $1,000's of parts and labor.
Mine is getting weak and needs to be replaced so I went
with the 34/78 Red Top at Pep Boys for $109.00.

I know at one time LAPD was offering them wih free shipping... ( a Forum Vendor ).. Pep boys has them for 109
the red top. :confused:
