Intermitent Starting Isses on an 86 coupe
I have fuel and it runs great once it starts. Can anyone point me in a direction? I had the dealer check the chip in the key and it is OK. I also checked and replaced the fuel pump relay and the electronic module in the distributor.

You will probably get more responses if you post this question in one of the C4 forums (Tech). The archives sometimes can help track a problem like this down-so you might get some useful information from a search.
When you say you have fuel, is this that you have fuel line pressure when you turn the ignition key on?
I am not familiar with the 86, but (if you have one), a faulty in-tank fuel pump check valve will allow fuel in the lines to drain back to the tank after the engine is stopped.
