4.10 gear question

4.10 gear questio/Disregard this question, found topic below.

I was wondering if someone could help me. I have a set of 3.42s waiting to go on the car, and after reading several posts, have thought about 4.10s. I remember reading a post about a company that can take the 3.42 housing and replace the insides to make it a 4.10. I have tried doing a search, but have been unable to find anything. Can anyone give me info about this process and cost? Thanks in advance!

I originally had 3.42's on my C5.
I live in Silver Spring area, and chose to drive up to (ECS) East Coast Supercharging in Jersey where they swapped my stock gears out of the housing and put in a set of 4.10's Went up early Saturday morning and was done by late afternoon.
Best money spent on the car so far.

Is this a 6-speed or an automatic? 4:10's in a stick....OK. 4:10's in an automatic may be a bit too much. If it's an automatic, 3:42 or 3:73 may be a good set up. I have a 6-speed with 4:10's....Just Love Them!

I have an automatic. I will be calling East Coast Supercharging as suggested by BlueBlazer and DTE. I will discuss the 4.10 vs 3.73 issue with them. vette#one, I think you might be correct. I will more than likely look at 3.73s. Thanks for your help guys.
