Nope, a Z06 is an LS6 engine (LS1 derivative) dependant on which year you have, they either put out 380 or 405bhp stock.
427 engines are all aftermarket - look at the tuning sponsors on the left for more details.

Many of the major tuners on this site can build you a 427 cubed beast but it will cost you a very decent BUCK ($)!!!
I choose MTI for their great reputation and hard to beat 2 year/24K mile warranty for their 427 motor but no forced induction or N20 or warranty goes :seeya :seeya.
