Drivers Seat problem.
My '99 has a problem with the driver's side seat. When trying to recline the seat, it doesn't recline evenly. You can move the left and right side independantly of each other. Also none of the electronics in the seatback work. The main switch that moves the seat works, but the 3 lumbar support switches don't. What's the process for getting the seat covers off to get to the inner workings of the seat. Also is removing the seat required? Thanks in advance!

Go to vette essentials website. They are a forum member and a link is on the left side of this page. Go to installation instructions it tells you everything you need to know about removing the seats and getting to the bits inside. I have a new switch on order and will be replacing it soon. I will be removing the seat because it will be easier to get to the switch with it out of the car.
