Shifter install question
For those who installed your own short throw shifter what so you do with the shift control neutral lock pin? I have a B&M short throw but can't figure out what to do with the lock pin.

OK---well if anyone wanders across this post with the same question....the pin was used during assembly as a guide and is not used for anything once the car is finished. So you can toss it.

Are you talking about the little pin on the forward side of the stock shifter? I hope I did not need that. :rolleyes:
JK. That's used during adjustment. I'm sure the tech can come up with a spare or replacement. :yesnod:
