Check engine light and code P0300
A friend of mine had a little race with a Ferrari on the autobahn. Now he has the "check engine" light on, and the DIC stored "P0300, engine misfire detected"
How can he get rid of the "check engine" light? Car runs fine so far. Any hints?

Have you tried depressing the reset button after you bring up the code ??
It should clear the code and turn off the check engine light , but if it detects a miss fire again, the check engine light will reappear untill the fault is corrected ...... :smash:

Update: friend pushed reset and so far everything is fine. :cheers:
For warranty issues: will it still be shown at the dealer? Or is it gone for ever?
