I wasn't planning on changing my plugs EVER, my 99 has 26K miles and was running just fine. But like most things I got a deal on NGK TR55IX plugs and MSD wires and decided why not. The OEM plugs looked brand new and all the pucks were there as well.
I will say the car idle's better with the new plugs/wires.
