You cannot retrofit a non dual zone to a dual zone by just adding the dual zone controler. It would take aditional wire harness, sensors, actuators, vacuum lines etc. I bought my new controler from a guy who was going to try this and decided wisely that this would be a giant PIA.
I personally don't think the dual zone A/C control is worth the money.A cool interior is al the comfort you need.I have the dual zone A/C and I really don't think its all that its cracked up to be.Just a laymans opinion. :chevy :chevy :flag :chevy :chevy

don't waste your time and money on it.
i've got it, and don't think its anything special at all. just something for the wife to play with while i drive.
Hmmm, I think it depends on how you use the car, if you drive alone alot it is a waste of money.
I have the dual zone A/C and my wife does find it nice, I like the car cabin temp around 67 degrees. my wife likes it warmer and almost always adjusts her side for warmer air.
