"warming" simply means that the ABS is performing a self function test..."warm-up complete" means the test is completed and past...This happens when traveling under a certain speed for an extended period, such as in a parking garage :yesnod:

I have just gone through all this myself. If it says complete fairly rapidly, the manual says it is normal, although I never expericed it before my incident.
It turns out for me, that I had a bad wiring harness going to the IAT sensor. These sensors are all communicating so when this was causing errors, it gave me active handling warming up, and wouldn't go away even though it has nothing to do with active handling.
A very knowledgeable service manager at a local dealership fixed this for $225 out the door. I was throwing high voltage codes for the IAT sensor as well as lost communication.
All fixed now. :hurray:
