Stock Rocker Upgrade
Can any aftermarket 1.6 rockers and springs be installed on a stock head/cam LT1 (camaro)?
Or do they not fit?

yes, but you have to add guide plates, and will probably have to change the baffling in the valve covers to clear the guides.
A few companies make "self-aligning" rockers that require no mods.
