Missing at idle

Missing at idle
My '02 coupe seems to be missing on one cylinder at idle. The misses are intermittent, about a half second apart. Is that normal? Should I ignore it? Have the plugs checked? Thanks!

My '98 was doing something similar, an occasional miss at idle and a skip on the highway between 1500 and 2000 RPM. Replaced the plugs and cleared it up. 34k miles on car. Good luck!

Check the plugs and then the wires... If it still does it, use a timing light on each plug wire to see if the coils are firing correctly. This is how we found my one bad coil that eluded the dealership for 3 years. :mad
