My 2001 never had this shudder, but my 2003 does. Did it during my test drive at the dealership with 5 miles on the odometer. Even the salesman noticed it. He said that "some of them do that". Slowly backing up causes the empty passenger's seat back to shake. Doesn't seem right to me.
Did a search on this a while back, but I don't believe there is a TSB on this.
Anyone else?

Same issues, all fixed when I replaced my clutch. The surface of my old clutch was slightly warped, not unlike a bad brake disc. Might be time to start looking for a replacement!

My 03 AE coupe has a very minor clutch shudder and has done it from day one. Sometimes it doesn't do it sometimes it does. Doesn't ever do it in reverse like when backing out of the garage or parking lot though. ?????
