open headlights and remove 3 srews holding on black plastic trim.....remove plastic trim and reach behind and twist and remove......its really i simple deal...even with big hands there is plenty of room.....and the difference is huge

Make it easier on yourself, you will want to remove the colored lamp covers too. I just did this Sunday. With lights closed remove Two TORX screws at back oh colored piece. Then flip em open. Remove three phillips screws and carefully remove the black plastic shroud. Then remove the Two TORX screws on the sides of the colored cover. It makes a huge difference to be able to see where you are putting what. Do a side at a time and only one bulb out at a time. One drop of finger oil will blow those babies. The first bulb on each side may be hard to turn, you will be breaking a strong vacuum. Also remove wiring before bulb, lot easier to disconnect with bulb in place. Its not hard, just be patient and careful and good luck. When replacing colored shield, no dirt marks where washers were before removal for adjusting height.

I changed my stock bulbs for PIAA xtreme white. The light is really cool.

One problem I have is the light at the right side is aiming to one yard from my bumber the other one is ok. How can I fix that?

It is kind of this:
----.................. left beam
|
|
----........ right beam.
