I am trying to figure out the best way to install a 10" sub and amp in the middle storage space using the cover as a type of speaker box, perminatley fixed to the car ofcourse. My question is can i run my fosgate amp of of either A.) the Amp that is in the driverside space or B.) the CD Changer..which has been cleverly relocated. If i can run the power/wiring off of either the 2 of these which do i run off of. i guess i am being lazy and i could run a meter on all the wires but heck if someone has done it why not learn from wisdom. Any help is appreciated.. Also any suggestions.

First - You will want to make some type of enclosure for the sub. JL Audio makes a Stealth Box with an integrated cover that looks stock. A forum member makes one as well. I made one myself out of fiberglass and used the stock cover with hidden holes beneath the factory carpet to let the woofer vent.
If you make one, you may be able to make a large enough box that incorporates enough space for your amp. I have even seen a design where the amp was mounted below the box in teh bottom of the compartment and had fan cooling.
The vertical space between the Targa securing rods also makes a good spot to mount an amp.
Regardless - You will need to run dedicated power leads straight to the battery to power the amp. You can tap into the head unit for pre-amp signal for the sub amp. Search for 99HT He has documented the steps very nicely.
I would not recommend using the compartment cover as some type of baffle, as the box will not seal well and your bass will be weak.
