Tire sensor: will puncture seal damage the sensor?
I got 3 peices wheel and it is leaking just a little bit (pressure drops about 4 psi/day). I just don't wanna dismount and mount the tire again since people may damage the wheel.
Thinking put some puncture seal to seal that hole. Will you think it damage the sensor?
I may think it will not because of the valve steam is not leaking then the puncture seal will not get into the valve.
What do y'all think?

This has been talked about time and time again. YES, it will damage the sensors because the sensors are part of the valve stem and the sealant has to go through it.
