Default need help with clear side markers and blacking out third break light!!!!!!!

Does anybody know how to make some clear side markers or where to buy some that arent the ugly $99 diamond ones that a few vendors carry??? Also, whats the best way to go about balcking out the third break light?? It looks kinda dumb with the tail lights blacked out and the third brake light still red. Thanks!!

How are your tail lamps blacked-out. I had the vinyl blackouts installed at one time and they included pieces for ALL of the lamps. They actually looked nice and performed well.

right now Ive got the hard plastic black outs on there. I actually drilled holes in them and got longer screws so that they use the same holes that the lights themselves and attacked to. I was actually thinking about ordering the vinyl ones just to see how they worked and to get the third brake light cover.

I thought they worked great. They actually let quite alot of light through when the breaks are activated. You do have to spend some time with a hair dryer spreading and getting out the bubbles, but probably half the time spent drilling or taping and adjusting the hard ones. I only took them off because I got the euro's.

I started with the acrylic smoked lenses, but one fell off (they were attached with Velcro). So I went with the tinting spray (experimented first so that I wouldn't ruin my back lenses if it didn't work). It took a few tries to get them all evenly tinted, but it worked great. I also tinted the big white back up light areas, and the third brake light area. For that, I just masked off the area really carefully, and shot the spray tint right on. It worked very well. For all the other lenses, I removed them from the car and sprayed them.
