No, only one fan comes on with A/C. The other doesn't come on until things get pretty hot! So you may want to reprogram your fans to turn on sooner. You can do this yourself with the hand held programmers, or better yet, spend a little bit more and haver a qualified tuner use LS1 Edit to custom tune the car for you. This is not a real expensive proposition, but will give you pretty nice results.
