New Vararam Filter????
In a earlier Forum post, seem to recall seeing that Vararam has a new filter (?) to replace the race filter. Have called over to Vararam several times and their customer service folks have not returned my calls. Anybody out there know of these filters? Appreciate the help and thanks.

A friend and myself ordered 2 of the new filters, and after 3 1/2 weeks and several phone calls they finally shipped them....well a box came, and it contained only one ...the wrong one, that is, another race filter??? :confused: But they billed us for 2 of the new type :smash: WTF. My friend has left 4 messages of the not so kind type, and has yet to get even 1 reply. So much for customer service from Vararam. :bs
Anyone else have an experience like this from them??

I also called with no response. I'd like the new filter, too. I really want to see some good pictures of it first. The filters that came with it suck. Keep me updated if you guys find out more. SCOTT

Maybe when you finally do get the new filter and it has an adverse effect over the race filter you will think twice about a vararam.....I would have to think that the new filter will not perform as well...

After their first filter fell apart after very minimal use, I lost all confidence in their filter making ability and just went with the K&N from them. I've never had a problem with their customer service. Maybe you've got to hit them at the right time of day when they're not busy?

I have had the same problem.. I ordered their velocity stack and asked for a replacement K&N filter for my race filter.
I received my velocity stack and it doesnt even fit properly. I tried calling but their number doesnt work from Canada. I left 4 email messages with Patrick with not even a reply.
Patrick was pretty quick with replies before I ordered the velocity stack. Now, I can't get anyone to get back to me.
