Rough Idle
I washed my engine last night and when starting the car this morning, found the idle to be jumping......600-1200..back and forth....how do you do an idle relearn and what else might have happened....I think something must have come loose when spraying the engine... thanks

I would check to see if you have any codes first. go through a few drive cycles like taking it around the block and turn it off and then turn it on. It is possible that you may have some water in the coil or plugs. Disconnect them and check if there is any water in there. You will need to check the other sensors such as the TPS and IAT intake air temp. Hopefully there is no water in there!! Let us know what you find.
