Default Air conditioning not cold, any ideas????

My 2k vert doesn't cool enough above 80 degrees. It's fully charged. Has anyone had a problem with to much hot or mixed air in with the cold air? Could the door that mixes the air be malfunctioning? :mad

My mechanic mentioned some way to reset the temp system for hvac.

May be as simple as unplugging the battery.

I am sure someone else will chime in.

If it's fully charged, check the electrical connnection to the AC compressor. Sometimes they rust up causing the compressor not to kick on.

Did you happen to have an acid spewing battery in the past? If so, the acid may have eaten the vacuum hoses who control the A/C doors.

Hope this helps
